ももぞう英語教室 -ALC KC -

For days & nights, I was printing, cutting, and pasting pictures on cards.....
AND finally they are all done!

I have made small cards for B course (3 years, Banana, Bear, Bicycle)! 500 cards in total!
We are going to use them for review.

鹿児島の研修会後、まるまる１ヶ月間カード作成に明けくれていました。

Bコース(小学低学年スタートコース)の３年間分の復習用カードたち。




約500枚が完成しました

少しずつ復習用アイテムが充実してきたBコース。
やはり、レッスン中の生徒さん達の反応も変わってきています。
今後が楽しみ、楽しみ


ももぞう教室では、秋の新規生徒さんを募集します。

本日の Alligator コース(年長さん、Aコース2年目)

♪Under the spreading chestnut tree (大きな栗の木の下で)　の替え歌に夢中のアリゲーターコース。

先週までは栗の代わりに、りんご、みかん、どんぐりとまだまだ木になる実でした。



が、とうとう今日は「dog tree」になりました。



先生の画才に大爆笑して、大盛り上がりの生徒たち。
いつもよりも、もっともっと大きな声とジェスチャーで上手に歌いました。

「dog tree」ってねぇ。。。。
子どもの発想て面白いですねぇぇ  

6/2、鹿児島市内で開催されたアルクの研修会に参加しました。

前の夜にフェリーに乗り、10時～16時半のみっちり研修会、そしてそのままトンボ帰りでフェリーに乗り、、、、、、

鹿児島県内でアルクの英語教室をされている先生方と一緒にたくさんたくさん学びました！
久しぶりに顔を合わせた先生、初めてお会いした先生。。。そしてパワフルなインストラクターの先生。

研修自体もいつも目からウロコな内容がいっぱいで、とても楽しみですが、先生方とお会いしてお話して、パワーをいただくのが実はいちばんの楽しみ♪

もっともっといろんなお話がしたかったのですが、時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいました。
また次の研修会でお会いできるといいな。。。







そして、今週はもう一つたのしいことが




Appleコース(年中、年長さん対象) の体験レッスンをしました。
とても元気で意欲的な姉弟さんの2名。
初めての英語レッスン。
最初はちょっと緊張気味でしたが、いつのまにかとっても集中してレッスンに夢中になってました♪

楽しんでくれたかな？？？
また、レッスンで会えるのをまゆみせんせい待ってます～♪







無料体験レッスンは、5月に引き続き受付OKです。

Alligator コース（Aコース2年目、年長さん対象）で使うFisher family が完成しました～（パチパチパチ～）



Mom, Dad, そして3兄弟、Smokey(灰色), Pumpkin(かぼちゃ色), Mittens(手袋してるみたいな配色だから)、そしてお友達の Suzie。




日常会話のレッスンで登場するこのFisher Family。
いままではなかなか、この会話の場面が定着しなくって中だるみしがちになっていました。

イカン、イカン！とないアイデア振り絞って。。。。。。

夜な夜なチクチクしましたよ～。



で、反響ばっちり！
レッスン2回目で、もうすでに Fisher Family の名前もばっちり覚えてくれました





Alligator コースのみんな、また水曜日に待ってるからね～

ですが、

Aコース　1年目のApple コース(年中さん、年長さんスタート)は途中入会可能です

時間は毎週水曜日5時～です。

注文していた教室の看板がようやくアルク本部から届きました



ももぞう英語教室は少し奥まったところにあるので、いつも場所の説明が必要でした。。。
(今回掛けた看板の隣の看板をいつも目印にさせてもらってました。ありがとうございます)

看板の設置を今回、快く承諾していただいたお宅、そしていつも温かく見守ってくださっている浜条通りの皆様方のおかげで、ももぞう教室、毎日レッスンをさせていただいてます。

5月に入り、アルクの教室も新学期になりました。新しいコースで、みんな元気にがんばってます。
また、5月に引き続き、新規の生徒さんも募集継続中です。

一年間で日に焼けてうすーくうすーくなってしまっていたポスター。
貼り替えて、気分も一新しました♪

3月に引き続き、体験レッスンを受け付けています。
対象年齢は2歳～12歳のお子さんです。

アルクのレッスンは5月スタートなので4月からの入会でもOK!です。

Without prockey, I cannot do my lessons.

To write out lesson plans, sentence bars, etc.... I need prockey.
In order to make color coordination, I need colors as well. Black, red and blue won't be enough!

I am not so good with learning by ears.
I do better with reading and writng to learn.

So more I write, more I learn. More I read, more I remember...

Here comes another new week!
Work, work, work! Fun, fun, fun!  

These days, I am lacking some sleep and having stiff neck and shoulders.
The reason is above:

I am sewing various shapes in various colors with felt.
Circle, square, rectangle, heart, triangle, star, crescent, oval, etc...

I used them in a lesson today.
Kids LOVED them. Didn't want to stop that activities.

I still have to make them in 4 more colors and some shapes, cube, spiral, and cone!
Wish me luck.  

This week, new semester starts for my school!
Trying to finish preparation for lessons.

After about 1 and a half year, finally I am having free time alone coz Mo is in school.
But I'm not so used to it, cannot schedule things well yet.... Aghh!
Though the semester has started, I am still taking new students. If anybody is interested in joining us, please feel free to contact us!!!

Today, I have a lesson with 5-6 year old kids. 2nd year of A course. I am very excited to open new activity books with them!!!!! Cannot wait!


BTW, Holly, Panda, and I shared Dr Pepper.
Holly claimed he doesn't like Coke. But after having a sip, he decided to keep it. He likes Dr. Pepper.

新学期の準備に大忙しです。レッスンプランを書き出したり、道具の準備や作成にバタバタしております。

Today I went to 太陽画房 to get my car done like the picture!
The sticker they made came out so much better than I expected.

Now I will be driving through the towns with them.
Hooray!  

Staying up late and trying to finish some work.
Going to see doc and taking care of sick baby (well, she was doing fine, but still we worry about her...) , I didn't have much chance to do my work during day time.

Some postcards to send out and some lesson plans to be prepared....

It's been hectic this week.... Some unexpected calls lead to some extra work....
Nothing goes as planned....
Well, still in the middle of the week!

Mo's fever is still high. She will be staying home tomorrow (it's already today!)
Poor baby...

Today, I have a trial lesson! I am so excited. Getting the room ready for it.
Even Mo is trying to help (or what??? She just wants to tear and chew the books....).
